We are in the process of creating an internet based system that enables individuals worldwide to register, vote and implement global policy.  To make a start, all you have to do is register. Members will then be presented with VOTE BALLOTS addressing the pressing issues that currently plague our planet. Once the votes are counted, policy will be implemented by unilateral action.
